Vegan 1 Day
Knowing that three times a day I can choose compassion in the foods I eat, and that no animal has been harmed for my meal, has made my life better in so many ways.
I don't know anyone who has ever said that they support animal cruelty. Ask children what they want to be when they grow up, and many will say a veterinarian. All people naturally love animals, and want to help them.
The more we raise the curtain on these incredibly cruel practices in the meat industry, the more people will change what they are eating.
Choosing kindness over cruelty makes the world a better place for all of us.

Going Vegan for 1 Day Will Save:
- 2 BILLION animals globally (land and ocean)
- 100 billion gallons of water, enough to supply all the homes in New England for almost 4 months
- 70 million gallons of gas, enough to fuel all the cars of Canada and Mexico combined
- 3 million acres, an area twice the size of Delaware
- 4.5 million tons of animal excrement
- 33 tons of antibiotics
- Greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to 1.2 million tons of CO2 —as much as is produced by all of France in a single day.
For us, living vegan is a celebration of life. It's a joy to learn about and search for healthy, cruelty-free foods.
Eating consciously is one of the greatest gifts we've given ourselves and the world around us. Whatever challenges you may encounter while going vegan (or even vegan-ish), if they are met with an adventurous spirit and a compassionate heart, they can easily be overcome.
Know that you're not alone. We are with you and we are for you every step of the way!

Eating animal foods is the elephant in our living room that we all pretend not to see when discussing how we can change the world for the better.
